Please note that shipping costs are not included in the price of the paintings as they vary depending on the destination country. For deliveries within Vienna, personal delivery is also possible. Each painting is a unique piece and is packed in special packaging to ensure its safety.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a response with your tracking number within 24 hours. If you do not receive this information, please contact us via email.

Refund and Return Policy

1. All Sales Final:

  • All sales of artwork are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Damaged Items:

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at girlisthissilk@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
  • We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom commissions or personalized artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Quality Assurance:

  • Each piece of art is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality.
  • We strive to accurately represent each artwork through detailed descriptions and high-resolution images.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to girlisthissilk@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
