1. All Sales Final
All sales of original artworks are final.
Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind items and therefore excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the case of damage during shipment.

2. Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and include photos of the damage.
We will assess your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Custom Commissions
Custom-made or personalized artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the artwork price and vary depending on destination.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
For deliveries within Vienna, personal delivery may be arranged.

5. Return Address
If a return is exceptionally accepted, you will be provided with the business return address via email.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

6. Quality Assurance
Each artwork is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.
We strive to accurately represent each piece through detailed descriptions and high-resolution images.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by Austrian law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
