Refund and Return Policy

1. All Sales Final:

• • All sales of original artworks are final.

    Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind items and therefore excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

    No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the case of damage during shipment.

2. Damaged Items:

• • If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and include photos of the damage.

    We will assess your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

• • Custom-made or personalized artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
