Terms & Conditions

1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and transactions via www.girlisthissilk.com.

2. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Prices
All prices are listed in EUR. Shipping costs are not included and vary by destination.

4. Payment
Payment must be completed before the artwork is shipped.

5. Shipping
Artworks are shipped securely and insured.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

6. Returns
Original artworks and custom commissions are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) EU Consumer Rights Directive.
No returns or refunds are accepted except in the case of damage during shipment.

7. Copyright
All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist, Katherine Silk, even after purchase.
Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Austrian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vienna, Austria.
